Audit-ready in 1–2 days.

Evidence Pack for corporate footprints & product values — a package third parties can understand.

“Can we back this up — quickly, cleanly, and credibly?”

That’s the question that suddenly decides everything the moment someone asks for your CO₂ number.

That’s exactly what the Evidence Pack is for. We make your existing CCF figure ready to share: clearly scoped, properly evidenced, and logically documented.

What do you need evidence for?

The Evidence Pack comes in three versions — depending on which number you need to submit. So Finance, management, customers, banks, or auditors don’t have to dig through your inbox first:

1) Evidence Pack CCF (company footprint)
For Corporate Carbon Footprints: scopes, sites, reporting year, consistent data sources.

2) Evidence Pack PCF (product value)
For Product Carbon Footprints: per unit/variant, system boundary, data basis and assumptions.

3) Evidence Pack “per unit” (services)
For service providers: CO₂e per order / shipment / user / service visit — clearly defined and repeatable.

The problem we solve: Usually it’s not the number that’s missing. It’s what makes it defensible.

When someone asks, it’s not only the result that matters — it’s the path to get there: what applies to what, and where it’s documented.

  • Document chaos

Receipts and exports are scattered between Teams, emails, and “final_final.xlsx”. When someone asks, the search begins.

  • Unclear system boundary

What’s included — what isn’t? If the boundary isn’t documented cleanly, every follow-up turns into a fundamental debate.

  • Assumptions without a trace

Estimates may be plausible — but invisible. If the logic only lives in someone’s head, you can’t defend it.

  • No single “valid” figure

Suddenly multiple versions are circulating. Instead of clarity, you get meetings, explanations, and follow-up loops.

Who this is for

For companies that would rather set their CO₂ number up properly once — than defend it under pressure later. The Evidence Pack is a fit when the number exists (or almost does), but the documentation isn’t yet in a shape you can simply forward.

  • Customers & procurement

When a request comes in (“Please provide evidence…”), speed matters. The Evidence Pack makes your CO₂ number ready to submit.

  • Banks & finance partners

In ESG and risk checks it’s about plausibility and order. Clean documentation prevents endless follow-up questions.

  • Auditors & assurance

Audits love structure: clear boundary, sources, assumptions, version. That’s what’s inside the Evidence Pack.

  • Finance & management

If figures are approved internally or communicated externally, you need a number you can stand behind — plus a package you can share.

What we deliver

A compact evidence package that a third party can follow. Note: You (or your team) provide the data. We structure it, document it, and make the evidence ready to share.

ComponentWhat it’s forWhat it includes
Evidence folder structureSo documents are easy to find — for you and for third partiesA clear folder structure incl. naming conventions: what goes where, what it’s called, and how to find it — without searching emails, chats, or “final_final.xlsx”.
Source registerSo every number has a traceable originA register covering the relevant figures: source, period, file/link, owner — so “where did this come from?” is answered immediately.
Assumptions sheetSo estimates stay transparent and defensibleA list of all assumptions/estimates with brief rationale and derivation. Clearly marked where estimates were used — and why that’s reasonable.
Version & statusSo everyone knows which figure is validA clear status (version, date/period) plus a short change log: what changed and why — so different numbers don’t circulate.
Note: Scope and depth depend on data availability and the trigger (customer request, bank, audit). The goal is an Evidence Pack that makes follow-ups easy — not another report.

How it works

You provide input. We make it ready to submit.

  1. 1

    Short kick-off (15–30 min.)

Context, deadline, who’s asking what — and which number is in scope (CCF/PCF/per unit).

  2. 2

    Document handover

You share what you already have (export/spreadsheet + sources). No “perfect completeness” required — we work with reality.

  3. 3

    Build & structure

We create the folder structure, registers, assumptions sheet and versioning.

  4. 4

    Handover (short & clear)

You receive the package plus a brief note on what would be the next sensible steps (max. 5 points).

What we need from you

To deliver quickly, we only need what typically already exists:

➜ Your current figure / spreadsheet (CCF/PCF/per unit) or an export
➜ A few sample sources (e.g., 3–5 receipts/invoices/ERP extracts)
➜ Period / cut-off date (which year, which boundary)
➜ One contact person for quick questions (15 minutes usually does it)

That’s it. We work with what’s there — not with ideal conditions.

Sort it once, properly

In 20 minutes we’ll clarify which evidence you actually need — and what you can skip.

CO₂ evidence for customers, banks & audits:
the Evidence Pack

An Evidence Pack doesn’t make CO₂ numbers “nicer” — it makes them ready to share. When customers, procurement, banks, or auditors ask questions, what matters isn’t perfect detail, but clear answers to three points: What does the number apply to? Where does it come from? And how is it documented? That’s where natureOffice comes in. We structure your existing documentation so a third party can follow it — with a clean folder logic, source register, assumptions sheet, and clear versioning. The result is a compact package that reduces follow-ups and makes internal approvals easier.

The Evidence Pack works for both Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF) and Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) — and for service-related CO₂e metrics per unit (e.g., per order, shipment, or user). This creates a defensible evidence trail that works in tenders, supply-chain requests, and banking conversations. If you use CO₂ numbers to make decisions or meet external expectations, you don’t need more paperwork — you need clear documentation and one “valid” figure you can stand behind.
