Why progress remains visible

A project does not become visible through a single measure. Regular updates document what is being created on-site – from the maintenance of the areas to the people who take on responsibility.

More than CO₂ compensation: The power of social and ecological co-benefits

True climate action is not only measured in tonnes of CO₂. With our combined project "Germany & Togo Plus", we build a bridge between local nature conservation (such as protecting threatened heathlands and mixed forests) and social development in West Africa (efficient cookstoves, educational initiatives). Find out in our latest annual review how companies are driving measurable co-benefits through their commitment.

Thinking outside the box: How local forestry partners from the Ahr Valley to Thuringia are breaking new ground

Farewell to rigid structures, hello to direct agility: Since natureOffice began coordinating regional forest ecology projects even more closely and directly with local forestry offices – such as in the Ahr Valley, the Hunsrück, or Thuringia – funds have been flowing precisely to where they are urgently needed. Whether custom solutions like boreholes for irrigation or tree planting after extreme weather events: the help reaches regional foresters directly.

Two become one: Why Germany Plus & Togo Plus became the "Germany & Togo Plus" combined project

Simpler, more effective, more transparent: to make carbon offsetting and voluntary regional commitment even more seamless, we have officially merged our two proven pillars into a joint combination project. Since then, with every certificate, customers automatically support both the protection of our local forests and social and ecological future projects in Togo in a bundled approach.

A breath of fresh air for local forests: Project trip to the Thuringian Forest (Grabfeld)

Up close and personal with where climate protection takes root: in spring 2026, our teams once again headed to the Thuringian Forest to inspect the reforestation and maintenance measures in the municipality of Grabfeld. Thanks to the commitment of our customers in the "Germany & Togo Plus" combined project, young, site-appropriate tree species were planted and vital inner forest edges were created here to make the forest more resilient to climate change.
