OUR OFFER
You don't have to solve everything at once.
Just know where it makes sense to start.
Whether it is a carbon footprint, software, reporting or climate communication: we start by asking what your company really needs right now – and from there, we develop a path that can be sustained.
UNDERSTAND FIRST. THEN DECIDE.
Climate action rarely fails because of a lack of opportunities. More often, it is due to a lack of prioritisation.
A customer questionnaire, a new report request, initial CO₂ data, or the desire for concrete reduction: the starting point looks different in every company.
That is why we do not automatically sell the biggest project. We first look at what is already there, which question needs to be answered, and which step will bring the greatest benefit right now.
Sometimes this is an initial orientation. Sometimes a resilient CO₂ balance. And sometimes a system with which existing data can finally be put to further use.
The right start is not the same for everyone. But it should always be justified.
WHERE DO YOU STAND RIGHT NOW?
Do not choose the service first. Start with your question.
01
STILL UNCLEAR?
We do not yet know what is really relevant.
Which requirements affect us? What can wait? In a compact orientation session, we will assess the current situation and establish the next sensible steps.

02
CCF & PCF
We need robust CO₂ data.
A CCF shows where emissions arise within the company. A PCF attributes emissions to a product. Both create a traceable basis.
Understanding CCF and PCF
03
ECOZOOM
We do not want to start from scratch with every balance sheet.
With our CO₂ software, data, system boundaries and calculation logics are structured in such a way that they can be documented, updated and reused.

04
REPORTING & VSME
We need to provide information.
For reports, customers, banks or supply chains – tailored to actual information needs.
Classify reporting
05
REDUCTION
We want to reduce emissions in a targeted manner.
With priorities, realistic targets and measures that match the actual sources of emissions.
Tackle reduction
06
CLIMATE COMMUNICATION
We want to communicate clearly.
Technically sound, concrete and comprehensible – with a view of the database and current requirements.
Develop communication
07
SUPPORT ADDITIONALLY
We want to make climate protection projects possible.
Presented transparently and clearly separated from CCF, PCF and reduction claims.

DIFFERENT ENTRY POINTS. ONE CLEAR PATH.
We start where your business is today.
The steps do not follow a rigid sequence. They demonstrate how individual requirements can be developed into a reliable working basis. You can start at any point.
01
Orientate
We clarify which questions are relevant now – and what does not need priority for the time being.
02
Understand
We structure corporate or product data and create verifiable CCFs and PCFs.
03
Change
We make emission hotspots visible and use them to develop realistic targets and measures.

CO₂ SOFTWARE BY NATUREOFFICE
A balance sheet shows a point in time. A system turns it into a process.
By the next reporting year, a new product variant, or another customer inquiry at the latest, the work in spreadsheets and individual files often begins all over again. ecozoom creates a reusable structure.

CCF
Update corporate balance sheets
For recurring data sets and the assessment of operational emission sources.
PCF
Map products and variants
For calculation logics that can be applied to other products or orders.
Reporting
Reporting what is in demand. No more than you need.
Not every medium-sized company is required to produce a comprehensive sustainability report. Nevertheless, customers, banks and business partners are increasingly asking for structured information.
The voluntary VSME standard can provide a common structure for this. It is a tool for consistent information – not an automatic proof of sustainability, and not mandatory for every company.
Assessments such as EcoVadis also belong in this information and reporting context. They are not a substitute for a carbon footprint or concrete reduction measures.

CLIMATE COMMUNICATION
Do not claim to be bigger. Explain better.
A CO₂ figure, a reduction target, or a climate contribution is not self-explanatory. The context, data status, and what can actually be derived from them must remain understandable.
A carbon footprint is not a seal of quality.
A PCF is not a general environmental assessment.
A climate contribution changes neither CCF nor PCF.
Additional statements require their own evidence.

SOFTWARE AND PERSONAL SUPPORT
The software knows your data. We get to know your business.
Good systems need clear structures. Good decisions need context. That is why we combine software with personal support.
01
We start with existing data and real requirements.
02
We explain system boundaries, assumptions, and results clearly.
03
We build calculations so that they can be updated.
04
We clearly separate carbon footprinting, reduction, communication, and climate contribution.
05
We also tell you if a topic should not be a priority right now.
KNOWLEDGE THAT STAYS IN THE COMPANY
Good climate action must not depend on a single person.
In training courses and workshops, we explain CO₂ accounting, data, reduction, reporting, and climate communication in such a way that teams can apply them in their daily work.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is often still undecided before the first step.
We don't know yet which service is right for us.
In that case, a brief orientation is the most sensible starting point. We will clarify your current situation, external requirements, and existing foundations. This will determine whether data, a carbon footprint, software, reporting, or another topic is relevant first.
Do we need a CCF or a PCF first?
That depends on your question. A CCF looks at a company's emissions. A PCF allocates emissions to a product and a functional unit. For company-wide targets and reporting, the CCF is usually the starting point; for specific product enquiries, a PCF may be relevant first.
Is VSME mandatory for medium-sized enterprises?
The VSME is intended as a voluntary standard for non-listed small and medium-sized enterprises. Whether and to what extent it is useful depends on the actual enquiries and requirements of your company.
What role do climate projects play in our balance sheet?
A voluntary climate contribution supports climate action outside of your own carbon footprint. It does not alter a company's calculated emissions or the PCF of a product. This is why we present the carbon footprint, reduction, and project support separately.
Can we use CO₂ data in our communication?
Yes, provided that the reference value, system boundary, data status, and significance of the figure remain understandable. However, a CO₂ figure is neither a seal of approval nor a general environmental assessment. Any additional statements should be formulated specifically and proven independently.
Do we already need to have complete data?
No. We start with the existing status, make data gaps visible, and decide together which information is required for the specific task. Completeness is not a meaningful end in itself.
THE NEXT STEP
You do not need to know the whole way today.
It is enough if we work out together which step will really move your company forward now.
