DOCUMENTATION · PROJECT TOGO

What we say about PROJECT TOGO should be traceable.

Project reports, audits, forest inventories, scientific papers and other documents from more than a decade of project work.

WHY THIS COLLECTION IS PUBLIC

Transparency is not the quantity of PDFs. Rather, it is the clarity of what each document shows.

Transparency is not the quantity of PDFs. Rather, it is the clarity of what each document shows.

Transparency is not the quantity of PDFs. Rather, it is the clarity of what each document shows.

Not all documents in this collection serve the same purpose. An external audit report assesses defined criteria at a specific point in time. A forest inventory examines species, stand structure or regeneration. A scientific paper answers a concrete research question. An annual review documents developments and experiences from practical project work.

That is why we do not simply place documents side by side. We also show where they come from, when they were created, and what perspective of the project they provide.

A document does not have to prove everything.

A document does not have to prove everything.

But it should make clear what it provides a basis for.

WHAT THE COLLECTION ACHIEVES

Not every document proves the same thing.

The document type, the question, and the period under consideration determine how a document can be read.

THE COLLECTION SHOWS

IT DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MEAN

which documents are available

that each document is an independent test

which questions were investigated

that each study evaluates the entire project

how the audit trail has developed

that older reports confirm a current certification status

which results are described within a framework

that all developments are fully recorded

who created a document

that PROJECT TOGO or supporting companies receive a climate status

The documents are not intended to tell a perfect story. They are meant to create a comprehensible basis for one's own reflection.
