Historical status
Documents are read in the context of their booking and project period at the time.
Documentation · Previous booking periods
This page consolidates information on climate protection measures from previous booking periods for which an individual digital tracking page is no longer available.
Why this page exists
In previous years, project information, confirmations, and decommissioning certificates were provided differently than they are today. Some project pages were not rebuilt during technical relaunches; other projects are no longer part of the current portfolio. Therefore, older links may sometimes no longer lead to an individual project or tracking page.
The original booking and its documentation are not cancelled by this. The documents belonging to the specific booking remain authoritative: project description, standard, quantity, period and – if part of the booking – the documented retirement of the certificate units.
This page provides central access.
It replaces neither the individual booking voucher nor the register entry.
01
Documents are read in the context of their booking and project period at the time.
02
Project, standard, quantity and period belong to the respective booking.
03
The issuance and retirement of certified units are verified by registry data.
04
Past terms are not a recommendation for current communication.

What still matters
Not the URL that is still accessible today.
Booking
Allocates customer, period, and booked service.
Project
Identify the supported project and the audit framework of that time.
Units
Document the specific use of certified units, provided they are part of the booking.
How to proceed
You do not need to reconstruct an old tracking page. Usually, a few details from your documents are sufficient.
01
Please check the invoice, order confirmation, certificate or the email from that time.
02
Note down the project name, project number, standard or country – depending on what is specified.
03
The reference year, vintage, and the booked or retired quantity should be identifiable separately.
04
With the information provided, we can check which historical documents can still be made available.
Classification
Historical documentation and contemporary environmental statements serve different purposes.
Remains comprehensible
Cannot be automatically derived
which project was part of a previous booking
that the project is still offered today
which standard and period were documented
that a former status continues unchanged
which certificate units have been allocated and retired
a reduction in one's own emissions
which terms were used in documents at the time
the admissibility of these same terms in today's advertising
a financial contribution outside of one's own value chain
Climate neutrality of a product or company

Looking for a previous booking?
Useful information includes the booking or invoice number, company name, year, and project name or project number. We will then check which documents can be assigned and in what format they can be provided.
The principle
This page is for the factual documentation of previous booking periods. For statements regarding a specific booking, only the individually associated documents are authoritative.
