CO₂e data for furniture & interior fitting
A room remains. The decisions behind it do too.
You don't just manufacture furniture. You design places where people live, work, and arrive. Your CO₂e data should make these decisions transparent.

Why
A system is more than the sum of its parts.
A window is not just a frame. A door is not just a leaf. And a facade is never just a surface.
Profile, glass, fittings, insulation, seals, surface, format and manufacture make the difference. Customers and planning partners therefore want to know exactly what the data refers to.
01
What is inside this specific window system?
02
What difference do the glass, profile, surface or dimensions make?
03
How can variants be compared in a comprehensible way?
04
How do we share data without promising more than it actually says?

How
Your bill of materials knows the component. Your CO₂e data should know it too.
We do not start with a flat average value. We start with the system that you actually manufacture.
01 · Understand
What defines the component
Profiles, glass, panels, seals, fittings, surfaces, manufacturing, packaging and transport are brought together in perfect harmony.
02 · Structuring
What returns
Systems, components, and product families are structured in such a way that variants remain sustainable.
03 · Explain
What the value means
Product or project assignment, system boundary, period, methodology, and data basis remain linked with the information.
Your reality
From system to project variant.
Your products have recurring systems. At the same time, dimensions, opening types, glazing, surfaces and project requirements are constantly changing.
Profile
Frame & Sash
Aluminium, wood, plastic or steel as a comprehensible basis.
Components
Glass & Fittings
Correctly assign glazing, panels, seals, and purchased parts.
System
Product family
Continue using recurring building blocks for windows, doors and facades.
Project
Variant & Component
Assemble concrete project information from the appropriate building blocks.

So it begins
Not all at once. But properly.
We start with a representative window, door, or facade system that makes your key questions visible.
01
Select a system
We start with a representative window, door, or facade system that makes your key questions visible.
02
Define the balance sheet logic
Together, we define the product allocation, system boundary, and the data that are already available today.
03
Make data usable
The structure can grow with more specific supplier data, variants, and project components – instead of being replaced during the next order.
What we offer
A value for the project. A system for your portfolio.
With ecozoom and personal support, we make CO₂e product data usable for tenders, planner inquiries, offers, and customer consultations.

Project information
01 · Start
Start with a system
Understand a representative component, clarify the issue, and create a reliable foundation.
02 · Structure
Continue variants
Model dimensions, glazing, surfaces, and fittings in such a way that variants remain traceable.
03 · Information
Make project information available for disclosure
Prepare CO₂e information for tenders, planning processes and customer consultations.
Communication
Data instead of award.
CO₂e information is not a seal of quality. It shows what was considered – and on what basis a value was created.
The claim
“We don’t turn your CO₂e data into a seal of approval. We show what lies behind it.”
What is included
A clear product or project allocation as well as system boundary, reference year, methodology, and data basis.
Voluntary climate protection contributions can be documented separately. They do not change the product carbon footprint of the component.

Frequently asked questions
System, series or custom size?
Does this also work for project-related components?
Yes. Particularly in the case of custom dimensions, types of glass or configurations, the product and project assignment is defined together in a sensible way.
Do we have to recalculate every size and variant?
No. If systems, components, and processes are properly structured, variants can be continued on a common basis.
Does this replace an EPD or certification?
No. ecozoom provides traceable CO₂e product data within the defined assessment boundary. Further verifications are considered separately.
What can planners or customers see?
An objective CO₂e product information with clear allocation as well as details on the system boundary, reference year, methodology, and database.
